Overview
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability
- Manage and expand B2B distribution networks across GCC markets (KSA, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait)
- Lead commercial and trade negotiations with distributors and key accounts
- Drive trade marketing activations, ensuring strong in-market execution and brand visibility
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts by market, brand, and SKU aligned with sell-out data
- Oversee stock planning and inventory management to ensure optimal availability and minimize risks
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance, distribution coverage, and secondary/tertiary sales
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to execute promotions and BTL activities
- Strengthen distributor performance through regular reviews, target setting, and capability development
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, market share growth, and channel expansion
