What you’ll do:

· Own and execute brand strategy to drive growth and market leadership

· Translate consumer and market insights into powerful, data-driven campaigns

· Lead integrated marketing across digital, traditional, and trade channels

· Drive product innovation and successful new product launches

· Work closely with sales and distribution partners to ensure strong in-market execution

· Manage agencies and marketing budgets to deliver high-impact outcomes

· Monitor brand performance (ROI, market share, brand health) and optimize results

What we’re looking for:

· 5+ years’ experience in FMCG / consumer goods

· Excellent proficiency in English / Arabic language

· Strong understanding of consumer behavior and distribution dynamics

· A creative yet analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

· Proven ability to turn insights into action and drive results

· Strong stakeholder management with GCC market exposure
