About this role

  • We are seeking a high performing Sales Professional to expand our presence in Dubai and the wider Middle East region, taking our Google Cloud joint offerings directly to the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand Kartaca’s footprint in Dubai and the Middle East region.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and engage with key decision makers in target industries, such as retail, technology, media.
  • Position Kartaca’s cloud based solutions effectively for large enterprises, demonstrating clear ROI and value propositions.
  • Develop and take full ownership of the sales processes, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the Google Cloud team to co develop business opportunities and execute go to market strategies.
  • Work closely with, and act as a bridge to the engineering team to deliver technical presentations and co sell solutions.
  • Deliver high impact sales presentations and proposals to C level executives and enterprise clients.
  • Structure commercial deals and negotiations to create win win solutions for customers.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving cloud technologies.
  • Represent Kartaca at key industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends, and challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a strong track record of professional growth.
  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience in the Cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, or consulting industry.
  • Proven experience in new business development and successfully acquiring clients.
  • Ability to apply experience from scale up environments to drive ARR growth.
  • Strong technical understanding of public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and SaaS based solutions.
  • Extensive customer network across the UAE and Middle East, with strong industry relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage relationships within partner organizations to drive sales and pipeline growth.
  • Exceptional ability to lead and close complex, long sales cycles and build trust with enterprise decision makers.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to structure and negotiate strategic deals.
  • Best in class presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging C level executives.
  • Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a results driven approach to sales.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities effectively.
