About this role

  • We are looking for a Growth & Sales Intern to join our growing UK team.
  • This is a paid, 6 month internship with the opportunity to transition into a full time Business Development Representative role.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, curious, commercially minded, and excited about cloud technology.
  • This internship is part time, requiring a minimum of 3 full working days per week, with at least 1 day per week in our London office.

What you’ll do

  • Support outbound prospecting efforts through research and account mapping
  • Assist in building multi channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Identify key stakeholders and help qualify interest and fit
  • Prepare introductory outreach messages and follow ups
  • Support meeting scheduling, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
  • Learn how to conduct basic discovery conversations
  • Work closely with senior sales to hand over interested prospects
  • Participate in weekly enablement sessions on cloud, sales, and messaging
  • Represent Kartaca professionally in conversations and occasional events/trade shows

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to ask questions, learn, and iterate
  • Ability to organise tasks, manage time, and prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable reaching out to new people and building rapport
  • A self starter mindset and desire to grow in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to join us in our London office at least 1 day per week
