Job Purpose
To develop & execute sales plans, build/leverage key relationships / segments to maximize market share of the bank and achieve sales through the DST & DSA channel partners to maximize card acquisition (numbers & quality) for the Payments business
Key Result Areas
- Ensure achievement of card sales KPIs/KPAs from respective Internal & DSA channel partners
- Develop and maintain strong working relations with all channel partners (internal and external) across all levels to optimize & leverage growth.
- Drive profitable & sustained growth of new & existing channel partners.
- Ensure FOS & DSA staff conduct micro marketing activities that include Kiosk activities and other direct marketing.
- Work closely and proactively with internal stakeholders to streamline processes & policies to enhance overall customer experience, acquisition and profitability
- Ensure consistent & timely training and product knowledge enhancement of the team members to ensure adherence of sales process growth, governance & controls.
- Maintains sales volume & product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
