Overview

  • We are international legal and business advisory firm supporting entrepreneurs, investors, private clients and corporate groups with company formation, banking compliance, tax structuring, residency, contracts, disputes, real estate transactions, crypto/fintech advisory and cross border legal matter
  • We are looking for a strong Sales Manager / Business Development Manager who can attract clients, build trust, conduct negotiations and close deals for high value legal and consulting services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract new clients;
  • Conduct initial client calls and assess client needs;
  • Present the company’s legal and advisory services;
  • Coordinate communication between clients and legal consultants;
  • Support the client journey until agreement signing and payment;
  • Develop referral channels, partnerships and business contacts;
  • Work with clients in the UAE, GCC and international markets.

Key Service Areas

  • Company formation in the UAE and other jurisdictions;
  • Corporate bank account opening and KYC support;
  • Residency visas, Emirates ID and relocation support;
  • Corporate, tax and contract legal support;
  • Real estate transaction support;
  • Debt recovery, disputes and legal notices;
  • Crypto, fintech, AML and compliance advisory;
  • Licensing and market entry in the UAE, GCC and MENA region.

Candidate Profile

  • Has experience in B2B sales, legal services, consulting, finance, investment, immigration or real estate;
  • Can communicate confidently with entrepreneurs, investors and high net worth clients;
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality, trust and business reputation;
  • Is able to generate leads independently and close deals;
  • Speaks English; Russian or other languages would be an advantage;
  • Is motivated by performance based income.

Compensation

  • Commission based role;
  • 15% commission from the value of each sold service package;
  • Potential monthly income for active performers: AED 30,000–50,000+;
  • High ticket services and strong client demand;
  • Full support from the legal and advisory team;
  • Clear service portfolio and expert back office;
  • Growth opportunity into Head of Sales / Partner Development.
