About the Role
A private real estate investment fund in Dubai seeks an experienced Investment Manager/Private Client Manager to manage HNW/UHNWI client relationships, analyze real estate investment products, and drive new client acquisition.

Responsibilities
- Analyze real estate investment opportunities including residential, commercial, off plan, distressed, income generating, and development related products
- Prepare investment summaries, financial models, risk assessments, and client facing presentations
- Coordinate due diligence with developers, brokers, legal advisors, valuation specialists, and internal management
- Manage relationships with existing HNW and UHNWI investors, providing regular updates and identifying reinvestment opportunities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new HNW and UHNWI clients through networking and business development activities
- Coordinate the full client journey from first contact to investment closing, working with legal, finance, operations, and compliance teams
- Maintain client records in CRM system and ensure high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
- Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, real estate investment, investment advisory, family office services, private client management, or investor relations
- Experience working with HNW and UHNWI clients is mandatory
- Strong understanding of real estate investment products and investment logic
- Ability to read, analyze, and explain financial models, investment presentations, and transaction structures
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Existing network of private investors, HNW/UHNW clients, family offices, or business owners is a strong advantage
- UAE / GCC market experience is preferred

About the Role
- A private real estate investment fund is looking for an experienced Investment Manager / Private Client Manager with a strong background in working with HNW and UHNWI clients.
- The role combines investment product analysis, management of existing investor relationships, acquisition of new clients, and coordination of investment transactions in the real estate sector.
- The ideal candidate must be able to understand real estate investment products, assess risk and return, communicate confidently with sophisticated investors, and build long term trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Product Analysis: Analyze real estate investment opportunities, prepare investment summaries, financial models, risk assessments, and client facing presentations.
- Existing Client Management: Manage relationships with existing HNW and UHNWI investors, provide regular updates, and identify opportunities for reinvestment.
- New Client Acquisition: Develop and manage a pipeline of new HNW and UHNWI clients, build relationships with private investors, family offices, and strategic partners.
- Transaction & Internal Coordination: Coordinate the full client journey from first contact to investment closing, work with legal, finance, operations, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, real estate investment, investment advisory, family office services, private client management, or investor relations.
- Experience working with HNW and UHNWI clients is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment products and investment logic.
- Ability to read, analyze, and explain financial models, investment presentations, and transaction structures.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, or other languages are an advantage.
- UAE / GCC market experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed basic salary.
- Performance based bonus or commission linked to closed investments and client revenue.
