Sales Manager

Responsibilities include providing positive leadership for Account Executives and Sales Associates within Ampersand, and to achieve company and client sales objectives.

Lead, train, and motivate Account Executives and Sales Associates within the sales process.

Assist Account Executives in setting clear and concise sales goals.

Develop clear sales goals for team/office.

Manage travel and entertainment budgets for Account Executives and office.

Cooperate with other Managers, (both offices and departments) and respond in a timely manner to all requests.

Provide accuracy in reporting forecasts and budgets to Senior Managers.

Educate decision-makers about the competitive advantages Ampersand offers.

Accuracy in Reporting: Annual ABC Reports, Quarterly Forecasts.

Set Agency calls for visiting client National Sales Manager’s and General Sales Manager’s.

Assist with other duties as needed.

College Degree preferred

Prior cable sales or management experience required

Knowledge of the advertising sales industry required
