Lead and manage a sales team in a call center or telesales environment.
Oversee daily sales activities, team performance, conversion rates, and achievement of individual and company targets.
Compensation and job type
- Salary is AED 5,000 per month.
- The job type is full-time.
Location
- The stated location is the UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Coach and train sales agents in communication, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop sales strategies and set individual and team targets.
- Evaluate performance, monitor call quality, and ensure professional customer handling.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates for customers and leads.
- Coordinate with management on performance, targets, and campaigns.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, or Sales Team Leader.
- Call center or telesales experience is required.
- Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- A strong record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience using CRM and lead-management systems is preferred.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
