Job Overview

Compensation

• Basic salary is AED 2,500 to AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
• The role includes a competitive commission structure and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and identify leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Contact prospective clients and introduce the company’s services.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and potential clients.
• Arrange meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in business development, sales, telesales, or marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Candidates should be confident when approaching and communicating with potential clients.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach is required.
• Ability to generate leads and close sales independently is required.
• Good command of English is required.
• UAE experience is advantageous.
