Role overview
Lunar Services is seeking an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Associate.
The role is suitable for freshers and candidates beginning their sales careers.
The position offers sales training, ongoing support, incentives, and career development opportunities.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Performance-based incentives are available.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers and promote company services.
- Make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable services.
- Support monthly sales targets and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Assist with quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with other departments and handle other sales-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous sales, customer service, telesales, or similar experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and English-language skills are required.
- Candidates should be confident with customers, willing to learn, self-motivated, positive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills are required.

- Work is performed in person in the UAE.
