About the Role
Amiri HR is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager on a freelance/project basis to generate new clients for recruitment services across Europe and the Middle East. The role offers 20% commission on closed projects and potential transition to full-time.

- Generate new B2B clients for the agency's recruitment services
- Establish relationships with HR Directors, CEOs, business owners, and other key decision makers responsible for hiring
- Present the agency's services and identify clients' recruitment needs
- Conduct commercial negotiations and agree on cooperation terms
- Transfer signed recruitment assignments to the agency's recruitment team
- Issue invoices and monitor payment collection
- Build and maintain long term, trusted relationships with corporate clients
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of successful experience in international B2B sales, preferably across the Middle East and Europe
- Experience selling professional services (HR, recruitment, consulting, marketing, IT services, etc.)
- Proven experience working with corporate clients and senior decision makers
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, including experience engaging with C level executives
- Strong business development and lead generation skills with ability to independently acquire new clients
- High level of self organization, accountability, and initiative
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results driven approach
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
