Job Overview

  • Sales Manager (B2B, Remote, Part Time/Freelance) – International Recruitment Agency
  • Fully Remote | Project Based | Europe & Middle East
  • Amiri HR is an international recruitment agency specializing in executive search and targeted recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B clients for the agency's recruitment services.
  • Establish relationships with HR Directors, CEOs, business owners, and other key decision makers responsible for hiring.
  • Present the agency's services and identify clients' recruitment needs.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and agree on cooperation terms.
  • Transfer signed recruitment assignments to the agency's recruitment team.
  • Issue invoices and monitor payment collection.
  • Build and maintain long term, trusted relationships with corporate clients.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of successful experience in international B2B sales, preferably across the Middle East and Europe.
  • Experience selling professional services is highly desirable (HR, recruitment, consulting, marketing, IT services, etc.).
  • Proven experience working with corporate clients and senior decision makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, including experience engaging with C level executives.
  • Strong business development and lead generation skills with the ability to independently acquire new clients.
  • High level of self organization, accountability, and initiative.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results driven approach.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher is preferred.
