- Manage qualified inbound leads provided by the company (no cold prospecting required)
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business and intellectual property needs
- Present the company’s portfolio of intellectual property protection services
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Build long term relationships with clients and act as a trusted business advisor
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities within the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversion rates
- Identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling additional services
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, conferences, and business development activities
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, International Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Fluent Russian (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Previous experience in B2B sales, consulting, account management, or business development in Dubai

Position Summary
- Our client is seeking an ambitious, professional, and relationship driven Sales Manager to support the continued growth of their Dubai office.
- This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on managing qualified inbound leads and converting them into long term clients.

Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in B2B sales, consulting, account management, or business development in Dubai
- Understanding of intellectual property, trademarks, patents, brand protection, domain names, legal services, or innovation related industries would be a strong advantage
- Experience working with international clients is considered a plus
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent business acumen
- Naturally curious with a genuine interest in innovation, technology, and emerging businesses
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management abilities
- Self motivated, proactive, and results oriented
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable discussing complex services in a clear and engaging manner
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Professional appearance and confident executive presence
Required Qualifications
