Our Client

Position Summary

  • Our client is seeking an ambitious, professional, and relationship driven Sales Manager to support the continued growth of their Dubai office.
  • This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on managing qualified inbound leads and converting them into long term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage qualified inbound leads provided by the company (no cold prospecting required)
  • Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their business and intellectual property needs
  • Present the company’s portfolio of intellectual property protection services
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Build long term relationships with clients and act as a trusted business advisor
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities within the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to maximize conversion rates
  • Identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling additional services
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, conferences, and business development activities when required
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPI

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, consulting, account management, or business development in Dubai
  • Understanding of intellectual property, trademarks, patents, brand protection, domain names, legal services, or innovation related industries would be a strong advantage
  • Experience working with international clients is considered a plus
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent business acumen
  • Naturally curious with a genuine interest in innovation, technology, and emerging businesses
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Self motivated, proactive, and results oriented
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable discussing complex services in a clear and engaging manner
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Professional appearance and confident executive presence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, International Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Fluent Russian (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)

  • Fixed monthly salary: AED 15,000
