Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the agriculture sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners
- Expand the customer base while increasing sales within existing accounts
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand market needs and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales agreements
- Manage strategic accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product developments
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and territory plans
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve high performance
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical Support, and Finance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 7–10 years of sales and business development experience within the agricultural industry
- Proven experience selling agricultural products such as fertilizers, crop protection chemicals, seeds, irrigation systems, etc.
- Experience managing distributors, dealers, and key commercial accounts
- UAE/GCC market experience highly preferred
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Job Purpose
- The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for the company's agricultural products and solutions.
- The role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales function to achieve business objectives across the UAE and GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the agriculture sector, including farms, distributors, cooperatives, government entities, and agricultural projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Expand the customer base while increasing sales within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand market needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales agreements.
- Manage strategic accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer performance and develop account growth plans.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining long term relationships.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new product developments.
- Identify emerging opportunities in crop protection, fertilizers, seeds, irrigation, greenhouse solutions, and agricultural technologies.
- Provide market insights to support product development and business planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA is an advantage.
- 7–10 years of sales and business development experience within the agricultural industry.
- Proven experience selling agricultural products such as fertilizers, crop protection chemicals, seeds, irrigation systems, greenhouse solutions, agricultural equipment, or related products.
- Experience managing distributors, dealers, and key commercial accounts.
- UAE/GCC market experience is highly preferred.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
