Role Purpose

  • Lead and orchestrate the full 360 marketing ecosystem across the region, ensuring strong integration, execution, localisation, and performance across all channels and consumer touchpoints.
  • The role is responsible for translating global brand vision into locally relevant, culturally impactful, and commercially effective campaigns across the Middle East.
  • Ensuring alignment between brand, commercial, and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated 360 marketing strategies across all channels and markets, ensuring consistency across retail, digital, social, CRM, PR, influencer, eCommerce, retail marketing, events, and demand generation.
  • Work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, commercial teams, and global teams to bring global brand strategies, launches, and priorities to life within the region while ensuring strong localisation and market relevance.
  • Act as the key connector between global vision and local execution, adapting campaigns, messaging, consumer journeys, and channel strategies to resonate with regional audiences and retail environments.
  • Partner with commercial and retail teams to align marketing activity with category priorities, launch plans, promotional moments, customer acquisition targets, and revenue objectives.
  • Ensure all marketing activity is aligned to brand positioning while balancing long term brand equity with short term commercial performance.
  • Lead campaign planning and execution across launches, seasonal moments, retail activations, partnerships, and key commercial trading periods.
  • Drive collaboration across internal functions including brand, sales, retail, eCommerce, CRM, digital, and merchandising to ensure fully integrated execution across all touchpoints.
  • Lead and manage agencies and external partners across creative, media, PR, influencer, production, and performance marketing to ensure best in class execution and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity, providing clear reporting, optimisation recommendations, and actionable insights.
  • Drive innovation, localisation, and culturally relevant storytelling to ensure the brand continues to grow relevance, engagement, and market leadership across the region.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years’ experience in marketing management within beauty, consumer electronics, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong experience leading integrated 360 campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, media, PR, influencer marketing, retail marketing, eCommerce, and demand generation.
  • Strong understanding of localisation strategies and adapting global campaigns for regional audiences and retail environments.
  • Experience working closely with global teams while managing local market execution and cross functional alignment.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities with the ability to lead across multiple functions and markets.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance brand storytelling, consumer engagement, and business performance.
  • Experience working with premium retail partners and understanding regional consumer behaviour and trends.
