- Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to UAE market are advantageous

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Manager role based in the United Arab Emirates.

- Daily responsibilities include managing lead pipelines, conducting property presentations, negotiating deals, and ensuring high quality client relationship management.
- The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to drive campaigns, optimize sales processes, and improve customer experience.
- The Sales Manager will also prepare regular sales reports, analyze market trends, and support strategic decision making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong skills in team leadership, performance management, and coaching to build and sustain high performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities, with a customer focused mindset.
- Solid understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM tools, along with data driven decision making skills.
