Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Portfolio Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Portfolio Manager will oversee a portfolio of real estate assets, monitor performance, and recommend strategies to optimize returns and manage risk.
- Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, reviewing property financials, preparing performance reports, and supporting pricing and investment decisions.
- The role involves close coordination with sales teams, operations, and external partners.
- The Portfolio Manager will also interact with clients and provide data backed insights.
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio management and investment analysis skills.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in the UAE and regional markets.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, analytics tools, and CRM or portfolio management software.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate portfolio management, asset management, investment advisory, or related roles is preferred.
- Comfort working in a technology enabled environment.
