Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide guidance on suitable residential and commercial properties
- Generate and manage leads
- Conduct property viewings
- Prepare and present proposals
- Support clients through negotiations and closing
- Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai real estate trends, project inventory, pricing, and regulatory requirements
- Accurately update CRM systems and report activities to sales leadership team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction experience and deliver high quality client centric service
Requirements
- Strong client advisory and sales skills, including lead management, relationship building, and negotiation
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market dynamics, property types, and relevant regulations and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms for property listings and client interactions
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment with strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional languages commonly used in UAE are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within Dubai for meetings and property viewings

Role Description
