Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust sales plans.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Provide tailored property solutions and handle inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Maintain CRM records for sales activities, interactions, and progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and participate in exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.
- Use digital marketing and social media to generate leads and broaden reach.
- Conduct market research, identify growth areas, and provide management recommendations.
- Address customer concerns, gather feedback, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience with real estate developers in the UAE.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to network, work autonomously, and sell effectively.
- Result-driven approach with strong people skills.
- Ability to track market and competitor activity.
- Luxury project sales experience is advantageous.
- Fluency in listed additional languages is a plus.
