Role overview
Drive sales targets and revenue growth for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate developments.
Build client relationships, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company's overall sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Provide tailored property solutions and handle inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
- Maintain CRM records for sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, exhibitions, open houses, and networking events.
- Use digital marketing tools and social media to generate leads and reach broader audiences.
- Conduct market research and provide management with insights and recommendations.
- Identify new market segments and growth areas.
- Address customer issues promptly, gather feedback, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
