About The Job

We are BSA Global, a Dubai-based freight forwarding company, looking for a Sales & Logistics Executive fluent in Russian or Ukrainian and English to support the growth of our CIS client portfolio.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in freight forwarding operations, logistics pricing, shipping terms, and supply chain solutions, with the ability to build long-term relationships and consistently grow revenue through new and existing clients.

You will focus on developing B2B partnerships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and e-commerce businesses across UAE and CIS-related markets.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and acquire new B2B logistics clients in UAE and CIS-related markets
  • Develop customized logistics solutions across air, sea, and road freight services
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Prepare commercial offers, negotiate rates, and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, shipping terms, and logistics pricing
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure high service standards
  • Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets
  • Conduct client meetings, follow-up calls, and account reviews
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure efficient shipment handling
  • Keep CRM and sales pipeline updated

What We Are Looking Formust Have

  • 3+ years of freight forwarding or logistics sales experience in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations, pricing, Incoterms, and supply chain solutions
  • Proven ability to generate business and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Existing client network within UAE/CIS markets is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English and Russian or Ukrainian
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven and commercially focused mindset
  • Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of UAE customs and import/export processes
  • Experience handling air freight, sea freight, and project cargo
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive approach
