About The Job
We are BSA Global, a freight forwarding company based in Dubai.
We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing business in a pure hunter role with full commercial ownership.
You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing B2B clients across the UAE and international markets.
We value candidates who bring an active client portfolio to the table — if you have existing relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, or traders in the UAE and/or CIS markets, this is the role for you.
You will be supported by an able operations team (Coordinator + Runner) who execute the shipments you win, so you can focus entirely on building relationships and closing deals.
Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a significant competitive advantage in our target market.
What You Will Do
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients: importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, and e-commerce companies
- Develop tailored logistics solutions across air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL), road transport, and project cargo
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals, service agreements, and contracts
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and gross profit goals
- Maintain a full and active pipeline at all times — minimum AED 200,000 in quoted business from Month 3
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent, high-value engagement
- Conduct regular client visits, follow-up calls, and service review meetings
- Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base
- Stay current on UAE market trends, competitor activities, and logistics industry developments
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions within 24 hours; submit weekly pipeline reports to management
What We Are Looking For
- Must have:
- 3+ years of B2B logistics sales or freight forwarding experience in the UAE
- Proven track record of winning and managing corporate freight accounts — specific wins expected in interview
- Demonstrable existing client portfolio or strong active network in UAE trade/logistics sector
- Strong understanding of air, sea, road, and project cargo services and supply chain fundamentals
- Familiarity with UAE customs regulations, import/export documentation, and trade compliance
- Fluent English — excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and target-driven: you initiate action, build your own pipeline, do not wait for inbound leads
- Nice to have:
- Russian or Ukrainian — strong advantage: primary language for CIS-origin client segment in Dubai
- Arabic — additional advantage for local client development
- Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving company
What We Offer
- Base salary: AED 5,000–8,000/month (based on experience and active portfolio)
- Uncapped commission on gross profit from personally won accounts:
- AED 15,001–30,000 GP → 15% commission
- AED 30,001–60,000 GP → 20% commission
- AED 60,001+ GP → 25% commission
- Target OTE: AED 15,000–25,000+/month for consistent performers
- Company-sponsored employment visa
