The employer is seeking a Real Estate Sales & Leasing Manager.
The role manages property listings, closes sales and leasing deals, and provides client service from first contact through final signature.
What You Will Do
- Recruit and train the sales and leasing team.
- Handle residential and commercial property sales and leasing.
- Meet clients, understand their needs, and match them with properties.
- Negotiate deals and close contracts with owners and tenants.
- Maintain accurate property listings.
- Build relationships with owners, tenants, and investors.
- Coordinate with marketing on listings, photos, and videos.
- Follow up on leads and monitor local market prices, trends, and demand.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- Solid real estate sales or leasing experience.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in real estate brokerage.
- Strong negotiation and people skills.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Comfort with CRM tools and paperwork or contracts.
- Fluent English is required.
- Five years of real estate brokerage experience is preferred.
- Arabic and a Qatar driving licence with a car are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 5,001 to QAR 7,001 per month plus commission.
