Role Overview
The employer is seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Leasing Consultant.
The role helps clients find residential and commercial properties matching their needs and budgets.
The consultant manages the leasing process from the initial inquiry through contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties and arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Generate leads, follow up with potential tenants, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Build relationships with tenants, landlords, and property owners.
- Negotiate rental terms and support contract preparation.
- Update property availability, prices, and listing information.
- Achieve individual leasing and revenue targets.
- Monitor rental rates and market trends and follow Qatar real estate regulations.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in real estate sales and leasing is required.
- A Qatar driving licence and a car are required.
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills are required.
- Previous experience in Qatar’s real estate market is preferred.
- The candidate should be confident, professional, motivated, client-focused, and target-driven.
