Real Estate Leasing Consultant
We’re looking for a motivated and client-focused Leasing Consultant to join our real estate team and help clients find properties that match their needs and budgets.
You’ll handle leasing inquiries, arrange property viewings, follow up with potential tenants and manage the leasing process from the first inquiry through to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries
- Understand clients’ requirements, preferences and budgets
- Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Generate new leads and follow up with potential tenants
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM
- Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords and property owners
- Negotiate rental terms and support contract preparation
- Update property availability, prices and listing information
- Achieve individual leasing and revenue targets
- Stay informed about rental rates and market trends
- Follow company procedures and Qatar real estate regulations
We’re looking for a confident, professional and target-driven candidate with strong communication, customer service and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in Qatar’s real estate market and a valid driving licence are preferred.
