Location:** Dubai, UAE

**Salary:** AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Arabic-speaking Sales Lady** to join our growing E-commerce team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer support, sales coordination, order management, and maintaining excellent relationships with Arabic and English-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Communicate effectively with both Arabic and English-speaking customers.
  • Provide product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
  • Process orders and follow up on order status, deliveries, and customer requests.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  • Assist in managing product listings, promotions, and customer feedback on e-commerce platforms.
  • Support sales activities on Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and company websites.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

  • **Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).**
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
