Job Description
We are hiring a **Purchaser & Outdoor Coordinator** for our e-commerce business.
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing products, managing supplier communication, and handling outdoor purchasing tasks to support online store operations (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Source products for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.)
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing
- Visit markets and suppliers for product sourcing and purchasing
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and invoices
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability and deliveries
- Maintain product cost sheets and supplier records
- Assist in finding new trending products for online selling
- Ensure timely procurement for online order fulfillment
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in purchasing or e-commerce operations
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of online selling platforms (Amazon/Noon/Shopify)
- Ability to work in outdoor market environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- English communication required
- Candidate must have own visa
