- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp)
- Experience with e commerce platforms is an advantage
- Positive attitude and customer focused approach
