Odoo’s Dubai Sales department is recruiting fresh graduates for a structured six-week Sales Internship Program.
The program provides exposure to the IT industry and the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, client needs analysis, software demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
The internship is primarily office-based in Dubai and may lead to future full-time opportunities for top-performing interns.
What You’ll Do
- Shadow sales team members during client calls, product demonstrations, and meetings.
- Observe how sales representatives manage client communication and professional relationships.
- Participate in internal sales training sessions, team meetings, and strategy discussions.
- Shadow sales meetings, training sessions, and selected in-person client meetings.
- Learn about the company’s technology products, services, and target industries.
- Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced technology environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Be based in the UAE.
- Hold valid residency and medical insurance.
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Be proficient in English and Arabic.
- Be able to cope with rejection and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn and grow.
