About the Role
Odoo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join its recruitment team in Dubai.
The internship provides hands-on exposure to sourcing, candidate assessment, screening, and the broader recruitment process.
The intern will work closely with a senior recruiter while supporting candidate pipelines and hiring activities.
What You’ll Do
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Review CVs and identify profiles that match open positions.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Shadow recruitment and screening calls with a senior recruiter.
- Learn how to assess candidates and identify the right fit for a role.
- Gradually conduct initial screening calls for selected positions.
- Keep candidate information and recruitment activities organized and up to date.
- Support the recruitment team with ongoing hiring needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Be a university student or recent graduate interested in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Have strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
- Be curious, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
