Role Description

The Sales Intern will support the team in coordinating and promoting exhibitions and events, with a particular focus on sales support, marketing coordination, and hospitality-driven engagement.

This internship is designed as an entry-level opportunity to develop practical experience in event sales, marketing coordination, client engagement, and exhibition operations within a professional events environment.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Support sales activities for exhibitions and events, including outreach, presentations, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate event-related communication with internal teams, clients, exhibitors, and stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing event briefs, schedules, proposals, and coordination documents
  • Maintain client records, sales leads, and follow-up activities
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives for events and exhibitions
  • Organize and update event documentation, trackers, databases, and reports
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Conduct research on events, exhibitors, competitors, and market trends
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for smooth event operations
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned to support team objectives and learning development

Key Skills And Qualifications

  • Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in events, exhibitions, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Basic understanding of customer engagement and event environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills(additional languages are an advantage).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
