Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted data and generate leads
- Achieve delegate acquisition sales targets in volume and value
- Collaborate with local and regional societies and media partners to expand reach
- Process registration data for each event and report to Project Leads
- Engage wider audience and inspire them to join the meeting
- Maintain and update event social media platforms with weekly updates
- Manage database for email and SMS campaigns for all events
- Coordinate with IT team for event setup in maestro
- Ensure onsite delegate email and SMS reminder timelines are followed
- Maintain weekly reporting to team/client on delegate sales progress
- Record daily activity in CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 2 years of telesales experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Key Skills and Qualifications
