Role Overview

Work Location

• The position is based in Al Qasimia, Sharjah, UAE and is performed in person.

Employment and Schedule

• The role is a full-time internship.
• Working days are Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Sales Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls and introduce company services to potential clients.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Generate leads, identify business opportunities, and work toward daily calling and lead-generation targets.
• Explain company formation, visa, PRO, accounting, tax, and other business support services.
• Schedule meetings and consultations for the Sales team.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client responses.
• Update lead information in the CRM or internal tracking system.
• Assist with daily follow-ups, client coordination, lead-generation, and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and confidence with cold calling are required.
• Good spoken and written English is required.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills are required.
• Sales, telesales, telecalling, or customer service experience is advantageous.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, target orientation, energy, and self-motivation are expected.

Stipend

• The monthly stipend is AED 700 to AED 1,000.
