Role Overview
Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive focused on performance marketing.
The role requires a minimum of two years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Location and Employment
- The role is based in Sharjah, UAE.
- Employment type is full-time.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage paid media, PPC, lead generation, and performance marketing activities.
- Optimize budgets, audiences, creatives, keywords, and bidding based on performance.
- Track ROAS, ROI, CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Set up conversion tracking, retargeting campaigns, and audience segmentation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research.
- Create and optimize ad copy, campaign content, and landing page content.
- Coordinate with designers and Sales on creatives, lead quality, conversions, and performance.
- Support SEO, social media marketing, website content, and publishing when required.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum two years of hands-on digital marketing experience is required.
- Strong experience in paid media, PPC, lead generation, and performance marketing is required.
- Proven Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation is required.
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini is required.
- Good written and spoken English is required.
Preferred Candidate
- Previous UAE digital marketing experience is preferred.
- Experience in business setup, company formation, accounting, tax, PRO services, banking, or other professional services is preferred.
- Experience tracking lead-to-sale conversions with Sales teams is preferred.
- An analytical focus on lead quality and cost per acquisition is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
- Competitive salary based on experience and performance-based incentives are offered.
