Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Setup & Renewal Consultant with knowledge of the UAE company formation and business consultancy industry.
The role manages clients from initial enquiry or renewal follow-up through payment confirmation and final service completion.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time and based in person in the UAE.
- The stated salary is AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle new business setup and company renewal enquiries for UAE Mainland and Free Zone companies.
- Follow up on trade licence, establishment card, visa, and other company document renewals.
- Convert enquiries and renewal follow-ups into confirmed sales.
- Prepare quotations and explain fees, required documents, and timelines.
- Coordinate with UAE authorities and internal PRO, Accounts, Operations, and related teams.
- Maintain client records, renewal trackers, expiry dates, and CRM updates.
- Provide client updates through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Cross-sell visas, amendments, PRO services, accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, and other support services.
- Achieve sales and renewal targets and minimise delays or penalties.
