Role Overview
Drealtors Real Estate is seeking a confident, ambitious, and target-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth.
The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, prospect qualification, and meeting generation.
Requirements
- Applicants should have 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Candidates should be able to identify B2B opportunities and connect with decision-makers.
- Candidates should be able to qualify prospects and schedule high-value meetings for the closing team.
- A persuasive, resilient, motivated, and target-driven approach is sought.
Responsibilities
- Identify new B2B opportunities.
- Connect with decision-makers through cold calling, email, and social selling.
- Qualify prospects and schedule high-value meetings for the closing team.
- Work toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Compensation includes uncapped commissions of up to 15 percent on the net amount.
- The posting also states pay from AED 10,000 per month.
