Role overview

The employer is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager.

The role leads client acquisition and revenue growth for BTC Mining products.

The position requires sales experience in cryptocurrency, investment products, financial services, or related industries.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales and investment targets.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase client acquisition and investment volumes.
  • Monitor individual and team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in BTC Mining and cryptocurrency-related investment products.
  • Handle high-value clients and support major investment opportunities.
  • Monitor client onboarding, investment processing, and the sales pipeline.
  • Train and coach sales executives on prospecting, product presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Improve productivity, conversion rates, and sales performance.
  • Stay updated on Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and BTC Mining developments.
  • Take overall responsibility for team sales and investment targets.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in cryptocurrency, BTC Mining, financial services, investment products, or a related UAE industry.
  • Proven experience managing and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-management skills.
  • Good understanding of Bitcoin, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or BTC Mining products.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a high-performing, target-driven sales team.
  • MS Office and CRM systems proficiency is advantageous.
  • Multilingual ability is an added advantage.

Compensation

  • Pay starts from AED 5,000 per month.
  • The package includes salary plus commission, with performance-based incentives.
  • Commission is stated as uncapped up to 17%.

  • The work location is in person.
