Key Responsibilities
- Find new clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and market research.
- Conduct sales presentations, demonstrate product features, and align offerings with customer needs.
- Manage price negotiations, finalize contracts, and close transactions to meet weekly, monthly, or quarterly quotas.
- Maintain existing client relationships to encourage repeat business and identify upsell opportunities.
- Track pipelines, update customer data in CRM software, and submit performance reports to management.
Core Requirements and Skills
- One to three-plus years of proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- A UAE driving license is mandatory.
- A high school diploma is required.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and active-listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and office productivity suites.
- Self-motivation, resilience, strong negotiation tactics, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
