Production Operations
- Monitor shift schedules and workflows to ensure timely output across offset, digital, or flexographic presses.
- Inspect printed materials, verify color accuracy, and minimize waste on ink and substrates.
- Lead, train, and schedule press operators, prepress technicians, and finishing staff.
Equipment and Safety
- Oversee routine machine upkeep and troubleshoot technical issues quickly to reduce downtime.
- Enforce factory safety rules and proper handling of chemicals, inks, and heavy machinery.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
Work Location
- In person.
Requirements
- Ability to monitor shift schedules and production workflows across offset, digital, or flexographic presses.
- Ability to lead, train, and schedule press operators, prepress technicians, and finishing staff.
- Ability to oversee routine machine upkeep and troubleshoot technical issues.
