Key Responsibilities
- Review incoming work orders, set production timelines, and track jobs from prepress through binding and delivery.
- Act as the main contact between sales, graphic design, press operators, and finishing or logistics teams.
- Monitor stock levels for paper, ink, plates, and other consumables to prevent production downtime.
- Coordinate customer proofs and review job specifications for accuracy.
- Assist with final quality checks before dispatch.
- Resolve delays or equipment bottlenecks, log production data, and prepare routine operational reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Knowledge of the printing press industry is required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in print production, manufacturing coordination, or a commercial printing press environment.
- Familiarity with digital or offset printing processes, paper types, prepress files, and bindery finishing.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with ERP or print management software.
- A high school diploma is required.
- Technical training or an associate degree in graphic arts or business administration is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
