Job Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Visit prospective customers to show samples and inform about pricing and availability.
  • Develop and respond to proposals for customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to promote sales.
  • Establish common goals with customers.
  • Keep informed on industry news and trends.
  • Negotiate prices and terms.
  • Open new customer accounts.
  • Improve sales and profitability through dealer network.
  • Advise dealers on policies and procedures.
  • Inform customers of delivery schedules and warranties.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide reports.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Higher Secondary, Diploma; Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Market knowledge of target customer, industry, territory.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic and Hindi an advantage.
  • Persuasion, active listening, negotiation, and social perceptiveness skills.
