Job Summary

  • This role focuses on driving revenue by selling products in bulk to B2B clients, managing commercial relationships with assigned wholesalers, onboarding new potential wholesalers, following up on collection, ensuring wholesale staff are well trained, and ensuring all products sold to wholesale are s
  • Most importantly, training and supporting wholesalers in increasing distributions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in 'Personal care products' Industry or baby milk & baby products industry in the market (Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Results oriented, self motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license (DL) and ownership of a car.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand distribution under wholesalers and increase product penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Enhance wholesalers' ability to sell or increase distribution.
  • Identify challenges or opportunities for distribution and propose strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Onboard new accounts, process orders, monitor stock levels, coordinate shipping dates, and handle client inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust based relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrate in depth knowledge of personal care & baby products.
  • Accurately process orders and coordinate with supply chain teams.
  • Regularly update and report sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding receivables.
