Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily site activities related to civil finishing works for luxury villa projects
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Monitor finishing activities including civil works, architectural finishes, snagging, and handover preparations
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements
- Review drawings, resolve site related technical issues, and provide timely updates to project management
- Maintain project progress reports and support successful project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer (Civil)
- Strong experience in residential construction projects, especially villa finishing works
- Hands on knowledge of high end finishes, quality control, and site coordination
- Ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects within deadlines
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
