Sophia Home is seeking a presentable Sales Executive to establish new business, achieve monthly sales targets, and provide in-store customer service. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a background in sales and designing.
Job Description
- Establish new business and achieve monthly sales targets set mutually.
- Provide in-store customer service, establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships by recommending products based on customer needs and taste.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the Sophia Home and its products.
- Provide satisfactory after-sales customer support.
- Respond to inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain sales records with ensuring the safety of data.
- Ensure proper cash handling, daily sales record keeping and reporting to the management.
- Work together with team, and keep close coordination delivery, supply chain and management.
- Ensure the stock and sale updates on website and other platforms.
- Ensure the self-appearance of the team and store hygiene/cleanliness.
- Ensure the team follow company guidelines, vision, mission and values.
- Additional related duties assigned by management.
