Document Controller

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our team.

This role is crucial for managing fit out project-related documentation.

The successful candidate will ensure all documents are accurate, accessible, and properly archived.

• Develop and implement document control procedures and systems.
• Process and review incoming documents, including drawings and contracts.
• Ensure documents are correctly filed, archived, and easily retrievable.
• Maintain logs of document revisions and approvals.
• Monitor document workflows for timely distribution and receipt.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
• Identify and resolve document control issues.
• Facilitate document exchange and approvals with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular updates on document control status and issues.

• Proven experience in document control, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in client management and negotiation.
• Proficiency in document management systems and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience working in a consultant/contractor firm is preferred.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
