Sales Executive responsible for owning a quota and driving new business across mid-market accounts.
The role manages the full sales cycle from pipeline creation through closing and customer handoff.

Compensation
- Compensation includes a competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.
- The indicative compensation range is $90,000-$150,000 USD equivalent, plus benefits.
- The role includes a performance-based bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a quota across a defined territory or account list.
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion.
- Run discovery, demos, and proposal stages with prospect stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercials and lead contract close.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate CRM forecasting.
- Partner with marketing, BDR, and customer success on coordinated sales motions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least four years of B2B sales experience, including at least two years in a closing role.
- Track record of consistent quota attainment.
- Strong discovery and value-selling skills.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, sales engagement, and conversation intelligence tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including objection handling.
- Resilience and self-motivation in commission-driven environments.
- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones.
