Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and acquire customers for personal loan products.

Conduct outdoor and field sales activities to identify and engage prospective customers.

Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive referrals and repeat business.

Ensure all applications are completed accurately and submitted within required timelines.

Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and banking products.

Adhere to bank policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

UAE Banking Experience Is Highly Preferred.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
