Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory
- Develop and execute business plans supporting division's annual growth objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals meeting customer requirements
- Build and maintain long term relationships with key accounts, boat builders, and marine industry stakeholders
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and identify additional business opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to team knowledge by sharing market intelligence and product expertise
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marine technologies
- Travel across Gulf Cooperation Council region as required to support regional marine operations
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of marine engines, outboard motors, propulsion systems, and marine applications
- Excellent technical understanding of boats and marine products
- Strong business development, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical and decision making capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Self motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities

Overview
- We are looking for a driven and customer focused Sales Executive – Marine Engines to join our growing Marine division.
- You will be responsible for driving sales growth across marine engines, outboard motors, propulsion systems, and related marine products within your assigned territory.
- This position is ideal for someone with a strong marine technical background who thrives in a dynamic, customer facing sales environment.
