Overview

  • We are looking for a driven and customer focused Sales Executive – Marine Engines to join our growing Marine division.
  • You will be responsible for driving sales growth across marine engines, outboard motors, propulsion systems, and related marine products within your assigned territory.
  • This position is ideal for someone with a strong marine technical background who thrives in a dynamic, customer facing sales environment.

What You Will Do

  • Achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute business plans that support the division's annual growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with key accounts, boat builders, and marine industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational needs and identify opportunities for additional business.
  • Work closely with internal teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Contribute to increasing team knowledge and awareness by sharing market intelligence and product expertise.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marine technologies.
  • Travel across the Gulf Cooperation Council region as required to support regional marine operations and business development activities.

Required Skills to Be Successful

  • Strong knowledge of marine engines, outboard motors, propulsion systems, and marine applications.
  • Excellent technical understanding of boats and marine products.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and decision making capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
