Job Purpose
Develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with customers and companies through regular visits to their premises.
Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction standards in the designated area.
Sales Responsibilities
- Research new business opportunities, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and routes to existing markets.
- Visit prospective customers to present samples or catalogs and explain product pricing, availability, and advantages.
- Develop and respond to proposals for customer requirements and requirement-specific solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Negotiate sales or service agreement prices and terms within guidelines and secure or renew orders.
- Open customer accounts, expand the dealer network, and improve sales and profitability.
- Advise dealers and distributors on company policies and operating procedures.
- Monitor performance against targets and provide sales reports and market feedback.
- Assist credit control with collections and customer dispute resolution.
- Comply with company QMS requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Mandatory experience selling lubricants, batteries, or automotive spare parts.
- Strong understanding of automotive market trends and customer needs.
- Minimum Higher Secondary or Diploma qualification.
- A bachelor's degree is preferable.
- Minimum three years of experience in the UAE.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic and Hindi are added advantages.
- Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency is a plus.
- A valid UAE/GCC driving license applies if required.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
