About the Employer

Job Purpose

Project and Process Responsibilities

• Manage IT project scoping, planning, resources, and reporting in line with project management standards.
• Manage and monitor IT processes and procedures with process owners.
• Coordinate change requests, risks, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Manage project financials and deliver requirements within the approved budget.

Stakeholder and Demand Management

• Maintain relationships with IT departments, vendors, and IT customers.
• Manage customer SLAs and supplier contracts.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned IT demands.
• Assess demand requests and prepare IT demand proposals with business representatives.
• Support procurement and govern demand execution, support, and escalations.
• Guide teams in solution selection and align solutions with business initiatives and IT governance.
• Participate in solution enhancement discussions and recommend service improvements.

People Management

• Develop, empower, and motivate project staff to meet IT strategy objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT field.
• PMP certification.
• PMI-Agile, ITIL, and Scrum certifications are additional qualifications.
• Three to four years of experience as a project manager.
• Experience implementing the full project life cycle and managing project teams.
• Excellent experience with MS Project.
